What prompts are

ASV prompts are the search-style queries Skayle uses to evaluate your AI visibility. Each prompt represents a realistic buyer-style question in your market.

How clusters work

Prompts are grouped into topic clusters so you can track visibility by strategic theme. This helps you understand whether you are strong in one topic but weak in another.

Enabling and disabling prompts

Each prompt can be enabled or disabled. Use this to keep tracking focused on high-value prompts and control analysis scope.

Creating custom prompts

You can add custom prompts to cover:
  • New product use cases
  • New market segments
  • New competitor narratives
  • Specific buying-intent questions

Why brand name is excluded

Prompt generation is intentionally brand-neutral. This avoids inflated results from branded queries and gives a more honest view of discoverability when users ask category-level questions.

How performance is measured

Prompt-level performance includes:
  • Citation rate
  • Presence rate
  • Execution count
You can review results at both topic level and individual prompt level.

Execution history view

Each prompt has an execution history where you can inspect:
  • Engine-level outcomes
  • Timestamped runs
  • Mention/citation results
  • Linked answer detail for deeper review
